It didn't work freezing the hard drive. So now we have a new much bigger hard drive and we are going to have to have our old one professionally recovered. The last time we backed up the computer was Jan.6, 2009. So we lost a lot of pictures and videos of Ada! Lesson learned: Back up every week.
